Dreamland Kids – Spring Break Vacation Performing Arts Camp

April 21st – 25th 9am – Noon
Designed for 4-8 year olds

Inspired by the history of the Dreamland building, Dreamland Kids will create an original story base on the history of “The Crossing” of the building and create props, dance, and embark on the great adventure of play-making. Over the course of 5 days, Dreamland Kids will work with our staff of teaching artists as they rehearse and perform their own stage play. Friday is curtain up at 11:15 am as our young performers present the production they have created for an audience of family and guests.

This special camp will boost your child’s confidence and keep young imaginations engaged through this creative outlet as they make friends, create crafts, learn music and dance while they have fun exploring their unique voice through the performing arts.

Sessions run Monday, April 21st — Friday, April 25th, 9 — noon.

Over the course of 5 days, Dreamland Kids will work with our staff of teaching artists as they rehearse and perform their own stage play.

Dreamland Youth – Designed for 8 to 18 year olds who possess a strong interest in the performing arts.
Dreamland Youth will work with our professional team of directors, choreographers, and musical directors to bring a fully staged musical to life!

Dreamland Educational Program – Join the Challenge!

Dreamland’s Plays Spring

You have less than 24 hours to put on a play. We are looking for Writers, Directors, and actors ages 10 and up.

We will kick off on Friday, April 4th, at 6 p.m. with a group meeting. After meeting their group, directors and actors will go home to sleep. The following day, our actors and directors will get to rehearse fresh from the printer script. The event will culminate with a one-night-only performance on Saturday, April 5th, at 6 p.m.
Being in a show is an exciting adventure; creating it in less than 24 hours is thrilling. Take the challenge to shine on the Dreamland Stage!
